Today’s workout was a new Body Rock video called Set Fire. I skipped the reverse push-up/knee tuck because I don’t have a dip station, plus I did the sliding push-ups on my knees and it was still killer!
On a side note, I was saddened to hear that Zuzana and Freddy are living apart. I’m not sure if that means they’re headed for divorce or just going through a rough time but my heart goes out to both of them. Zuzana is such an inspiration, not just because of her enviable body but because of how she’s turned her life around. Not to mention that she seems incredibly sweet and I find her accent adorable!
I feel a little bit guilty just posting about my workout because come on, even on a fitness blog, it’s pretty boring to read someone else’s exercise recap. But I try to post all of my workouts, partially to track my progress and hopefully to motivate other people to try something new or just keep up the hard work!
However, I have a list of tasty-looking recipes I’m planning to try this week, so I hope to find a few that are worthy of posting here! I promise more exciting posts in the near future
