What I Ate Wednesday #4

Here’s one of the reasons I love WIAW: it’s such a simple way to look at both the good and bad in my diet. I’m finding that I always end up eating just a little bit better after I post my meals, and not because I’m comparing myself to other bloggers. What I Ate Wednesday #3

It’s been a long time since I’ve participated in What I Ate Wednesday and it feels good to be back! My last WIAW post was in June, which feels like an eternity ago given everything that’s been going on here lately. This was a fairly typical day of eating for me, although it’s lower in protein than I’d like. What I Ate Wednesday #2

I can’t believe I managed two consecutive weeks of WIAW. I’m usually terrible about photographing my food, either because I forget or because I’m too hungry to be considerate of my blog. But I actually looked forward to it this week, and even tried to think ahead so I’d have some healthy and tasty meals to post. What I Ate Wednesday #1

Welcome to my first ever WIAW post! These were actually my eats from Monday, and it was a fairly balanced day, although we had absolutely no fruit in the house.
