Pregnancy Fitness: The Third Trimester
This is the third post in my Pregnancy Fitness series. If you haven’t already, please check out my posts on First Trimester Exercise and Second Trimester Exercise; they cover important information and guidelines for working out all through pregnancy. Aah, the third trimester. It’s that inevitable part of pregnancy where you know the end is near but you feel it’ll never actually arrive. For an overview of exercising during pregnancy, check out my post on Exercise During the First Trimester of Pregnancy. I don’t want to turn this into a pregnancy blog, although I’ll be posting plenty of tips on working out, cooking and etc. for pregnant women, and my...

I love lifting, running, being outdoors and enjoying food in all it's healthy and not-so-healthy forms. I believe that happiness is as essential to 'healthy living' as exercise and vegetables - that's why I never turn down dessert!
