Now that I’m six weeks postpartum I’ve officially been cleared by my midwife to start exercising again. My excitement about this milestone is tempered only by the fact that I won’t be able to jog with my baby for several months, which means I can only go running on the weekends (when my husband is around and I can exercise child-free). If you read my post about Planning Ahead for Healthy Post-Baby Meals, you know I was getting ready to prep some freezer meals to eat after the baby is born. Well, this weekend I finally did my freezer cooking, and it was exhausting! Word to the wise: plan on having some help with the cooking.
