Now that I’m six weeks postpartum I’ve officially been cleared by my midwife to start exercising again. My excitement about this milestone is tempered only by the fact that I won’t be able to jog with my baby for several months, which means I can only go running on the weekends (when my husband is around and I can exercise child-free).
