Well, RunKeeper ruined another workout for me today, thanks to its inability to track location even on a tree-free sidewalk under a cloudless sky. I did my best to keep going and just estimate my distance, but I’m pretty sure I crapped out just under 2 miles. Back in the Saddle

I’ll admit it’s taken me a few days to get motivated to run again after last week’s frustrating workout, but I finally did it today and it felt great. I’m also over my RunKeeper hate (at least for now). Today I ran 2 miles in 21:30. Yes, I know, it’s painfully slow but it’s an improvement. I’ve been in the 11-minute mile range, and this bumps me up to the 10-minute range. Still, I feel soooo slow. It’s still hot and humid here in south Florida, and today seemed especially brutal. Me and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Workout

Ok, the title might be a bit of an exaggeration (as an aside, surely you know what that title is a reference to, right?). Frustration.
